new online diary question

thanks for setting up the online diary system. I may buy into this but I would like to ask some questions, please.

-How can a new patient book an appointment if they don’t have a registered email and password on the system
-Can you explain how patient passwords are set up.
-Can ClinicOffice generate an automatic text message when a new appointment is booked for the patient confirming the appointment
-is the booking system mobile optimised

thanks for answering the questions. I do like what you’ve done and thanks for doing it, it’s just that I’d like a few questions answered before making a decision.
