    I have recently deleted microsoft office and installed open office. When I produce invoices and payments to print, all I get on screen and printed are squate boxes in the clinic name and address portions – but if I cut and paste this to other packages, the text is normal. Any help appreciated.

    Hi Simon. This sounds like a printer driver issue. Perhaps installing a different office suite has installed a new printer driver? You could try downloading the latest printer driver for you printer from their website to see if that fixes it.
