printing letters to patients

I need to send letters to patients (and GPs) but I use envelopes that I put in a printer, rather than window envelopes. Can I print out envelopes with clinic office with patient name and addresses preprinted and GP information pre printed? Can it be done for a DL envelope using the report generator?
