    I have sent test email from CO to myself. It is showing as sent successful. However I never received the email. Do I need to purchase email rights.



    If the email has been sent successfully then it’s gone to whatever email address you have used. If you haven’t received it, it may have gone into a spam/junk folder.

    You can send email reminders from ClinicOffice without the module. The E-mail Manager module allows you to send and receive emails (a bit like having Outlook within ClinicOffice)




    Does this mean that we can send emails from clinic office without buying a bundle?



    Without the addon, you can click on the email icon within a patient record to send an email but it opens a window from your default email client (I.E Outlook, Thunderbird). If they reply to you, then it will be outside ClinicOffice and will be received within your default email client.

    The addon lets you send & receive emails within ClinicOffice.
