Patient Record Grid

– Ability to add custom fields to Patient Record Grid
– Ability to change data in grids without going into the patient record
– Ability to batch change data in numeric, date or coded fields using Copy & Paste functionality inc when column filtering is switched on

Search for Free Time Screen

– Ability to switch off free time slots and search for specific Waiting List Types

Waiting list screen

– Ability to export Waiting List to e.g. MS Excel
– Add ‘Number of Days Waiting’ (calculated from Date Added Field) for Appointment Type for e.g. a 5, 6 or 7 Day Week Clinic
– Change Practitioner to Staff on Waiting List grid
– Add ‘Due Date’ field to waiting list screen
– Add Waiting Status Code Field (editable)
– Ability to produce ‘mail merge’ letters from waiting list entries
– Ability to produce printed labels from waiting list
