    It would be great for clients to be able to text us back to confirm that they will be attending their appointment or if they need to change it.



    Well – you can configure your IntelliSMS account so that the txt messages appear to come from a specific number. Patients could then “reply” to the message and it could go to a specific phone, but it’s not really feasible for a computer program like ClinicOffice to “receive” sms messages.


    Tried to sort this out but having trouble. Is there a step by step guide on how to do it via the Intelli Software site? Or should I call them?

    In the next update you will be able to enter a number within ClinicOffice so that your users can reply!
