    We’ve had a couple of customers report that a recent update to Trend Micro Internet Security is causing a problem with the Startup and Professional Editions of ClinicOffice.

    Specifically, it appears that Trend Micro is stopping ClinicOffice from removing its own temporary files from the Windows Temporary folder! This is clearly a problem with Trend Micro, not with ClinicOffice.

    The workaround (until Trend address this) is simply to disable the “Prevent Unauthorised Changes” feature as shown below :-
