Hello
I have recently created a new clinic and new staff member (who works for this clinic).
When putting in staff details and I come to putting in working hours the new clinic does not come up as a tab to select on the left side of the screen, and I am forced to select 1 of the other 2 clinics already established.
How do I get the tab to select the right clinic that this member of staff works for?

If you have only just added the clinic (while the Staff Editor was already open) then it’s possible the tabs haven’t refreshed on the Working Hours screen. Please try logging off and back on again to see if this is the case.
If this doesn’t resolve it, please can you provide a screen-shot of (a) your clinic list (in PROGRAM SETTINGS, CLINIC SETTINGS) and (b) your Working Hours screen not showing the clinic.

This has done the trick and I am now able to assign the working hours.
