      Hello there, a problem we’ve had a few times before, but I cannot for the life of me recall how it’s been solved, and whether it’s Pioneer or our own IT help that have got it there for us in the end. Clinic office is not backing up. You will start the process and normal, and for about 10-15 minutes it all appears fine, then a pop up appears on screen stating “unable to back up database. An error occurred while backing up the database. The most likely cause is that one or more of the files are in use and locked by another user. Please make sure nobody else is logged on to the database and try again.

      The full error message was:

      c7ZipException

      c7Zip.CompressFolder failed: 7za.exe Error Code 2: Fatal error. ”

      No one is logged onto the system when we back up.

      I know we’ve had bloat issues before and also after another update you had to provide a patch to stop a problem. So not sure if they’re similar problems or it’s an easy fix I can do if guided?
