Use of Contacts

Hi

Is it possible to be able to select contacts to search by contact type? For example, we have a field on our patient records to indicate the insurance company – it would be useful if we could select just insurance companies to appear when a search is done. We also have a field we call ‘sub-enquiry’ that allows us to record additional details about an enquiry source. We store these details in the contact database under a specific contact category, so it would be useful to be able to filter searches on that category.
