      Two questions about attaching files to support forum posts:-

      I seem to be only able to attach three PNG files to a forum post? Is this correct
      (Obviously I can in practice spread them over two posts)

      When I try to attach files in other formats (notably Word .Doc and .DOCX and PDF) I get the message that the format is not supprted. Is this the case?
