    Two questions about attaching files to support forum posts:-

    I seem to be only able to attach three PNG files to a forum post? Is this correct
    (Obviously I can in practice spread them over two posts)

    When I try to attach files in other formats (notably Word .Doc and .DOCX and PDF) I get the message that the format is not supprted. Is this the case?

    Hi Tony – yes there are some limitations to the number of images and also the document types. For example, .doc or .docx files can contain MACRO viruses.

    Please ZIP files before trying to attach them and it should work fine.
