Allocating a default appointment type per practitioner.

In a multidisciplinary clinic it would be helpful to be able to allocate a default appointment type and its duration to a practitioner.
For example double-clicking on an available slot in an acupuncturist’s diary would automatically default to an acupuncture treatment of the correct duration.
