Appointment Captions on the Diary Screen

Currently each apt is displayed as follows :-
Mr Firstname Lastname [Treatment Type]

In the display options you can choose the codelookup display;
Patient code; Lastname, Firstname Middlename

Can I configure the options somewhere which will allow this display
Mr Firstname Lastname [patient code] [Treatment Type]
