Assigning a default appointment type to a patient

Hi Folks… is it possible to assign a default appointment type to a patient?

Scenario.. Pt presents as new and from that point forward has Routine Podiatry Treatment… can that be the default appointment type for that patient similar to the assignment of practitioners as defaults
