    when I exit the program, and trying to backup it tells me that it can’t get exclusive access to a table related to my email module. At first I thought it had something to do with my (possible) multiple logins, but I start doubting this…
    Could you please have a look into this matter?

    We’ve had a look but are unable to reproduce this problem and nobody else has mentioned this, which leads us to think it might be related to your database. Please can you firstly check that all your computers are running the latest release of ClinicOffice and then run a Database Check operation on your database.

    Please let us know if that resolves the problem.


    Hi I checked the database and it wasn’t outdated.
    When I encounter the problem again, I’ll drop a line again.
