Case and session notes not saving = error mesage

When using the online version (on both PC and ipad) details typed into Case & Session notes don’t save.

 

In Case  – Case details – enter information into Case Notes  then click Save button next to Menu and get error message below – same happens when entering data in Case Details – Custom Fields

Error saving this case note. 23502: null value in column ‘per_id’ violates not-null constraint

DETAIL: Detail redacted as it may contain sensitive data. Specify ‘Include Error Detail’ in the connection string to include this information.

In Case – Custom Fields – enter data into any box and click Save at bottom of page (next to Cancel) and get flag that patient record has been updated, however when go back to the case the information has not been saved.

In Session – Session Details – enter data into any box and click Save at bottom of page (next to Cancel) and get flag that patient record has been updated, however when go back to the case the information has not been saved.

if click Save at the top get error message (see above) but data DOES save
