Characters in the Patient info box are not displayed as they are stored in the database.
For example: “Hélène” becomes “Hélène”. This means that é => é and è => è.

I found on the internet that this has something to do with the character set, but I cannot find how to change this. Please advise.

Hi Roelof – this issue is caused by HTML encoding for non standard characters. We’re going to be re-writing the Patient Info screen at some point soon and will fix the issue then.
