Hello Clinicoffice support,
My clinic opening hours which i’ve entered in the -clinic settings- are not connected with the dairy.
-> when I use the search option: there are appointments in the list which are outside the real working hours but listed as available.
-> When I’ve entered a new appointment in the dairy, which is according to the working hours settings inside working hours ; according to the diary i’ts outside. So a message appears; that this appointment is outside….
In my dairy there are other working times visible, than the ones i’ve entered in the clinic settings (colour)
Did I someting wrong ?

The Working Hours in the CLINIC Settings screen will only be reflected on the ROOM VIEW in the diary. Each Staff Member also has their own Working Hours which are shown when your in the default STAFF VIEW in the diary.
My guess is that you have not setup the Staff Working Hours?January 12, 2011 at 9:30 pm #32087
