      I went to do my usual back to removable hard driveup on Tuesday. We usually do this every day, but had not done it on this occassion for 2 working days (change of staff). Since then CO5 will not perform a backup. We have logged off all other users (as suggested) but continue to get the error that reads:

      c7Zip Exception
      C7Zip.Compress Folder failed
      7za.exe Error Code 2 : Fatal Error

      Any help is greatly appreciated!
