Hi there.
Since the last update, other computers trying to run CO have received a message when trying to log into CO that the host database is not configured to share. Nothing else has been changed in this setup … can you please help to have this connection restored?

From the host computer, please do the following :-
– Launch ClinicOffice
– On the LOGON screen, click MANAGE DATABASES
– Right click on your database and choose UNSHARE DATABASE
– Right click on your database and choose SHARE DATABASE
This re-instates the sharing on your database. The most likely cause of this problem is that your network went down and Windows cancelled the sharing on the database folder. ](*,)
