Ever since I have updated to the latest version of clinic office, I am unable to access my patient’s clinical history.
When I click on clinical history, I get an error message from Windows saying that it has denied access to the database/visnote which is situated in the shared documents folder.
The way I have setup my computer (XP home) is that I have utilised the multi profile capability of Win XP so that I have a profile for my private use and one for clinic use. The clinic profile initially only had limited privilege and my private one had adminitrative privilege. However, I tried changing the clinic profile to admistrative privilege when I had the error message whilst clinic office attempted to accessing ‘visnote’ in the clinic office folder to no prevail.
