If you use smaller diary intervals (e.g. 5, 10 or 15 minutes) then you may notice that when you go to Print Preview the diary, the time intervals have been changed (typically to 20 or 30 minutes). This happens because the diary control tries to fit the printout on ONE page, so it automatically adjusts the intervals when there is too much information to fit.

Reducing the Margin size sometimes helps. To do this click the Margins button (located on the Ribbon Bar at the top of the screen) and select Narrow.

If the time intervals are still being adjusted, the best solution is to reduce the time range being printed. For example, if appointments don’t start until 9am and finish at 5pm, then make sure you only select 09:00 to 17:00 in the Diary Print Options screen which appears each time you go to print the diary.

Another alternative is to print the morning and afternoon separately. Again, you can do this by using the “Morning appointments” and “Afternoon appointments” options in the Diary Print Options screen.

(Please note that the diary component used in ClinicOffice is licensed from another development company. We have mentioned this situation to them and have asked them if they can make it possible to spread the diary printout over multiple pages.)
