    NOTE: this FAQ only applies to COv5 (not COv4)

    In update 1079, the Patient Info tab which previously appeared underneath the diary was moved to the top of the diary screen (next to the Search and Refresh buttons) and it now operates as a separate floating window rather than a tab.

    Why has this been done? Please see the following video for full details :-


    I’m running COV4 and since my last re-download of the program I now have two “Patient Info” boxes. One at the top of the diary screen and one at the bottom as previously but neither of them show any data, only a message saying “No appointment is selected (or the selected appointment doesn’t have an associated patient)” How can this be fixed please?

    Thanks for your post.

    If you want to remove the Patient Info tab, you can go to Program Settings | User Settings | Untick the box that says Use old ‘Patient Info’ panel.

    In terms of the other issue – I will run some tests back here to see if I can re-produce. I’m sorry to ask but just to confirm – the appointments you select have a patient record linked to them?
