We do see this fairly regularly, but the password reset process is an easy one. Simply ask the patient to head back to the diary log on screen, and click the Forgotten Password link.
The system will then take them through the password resetting process.
Alternatively, if the patient is really struggling, you can use ClinicOffice to reset their password. To do this, locate the patients record, open it, and click the ‘Online Diary Access‘ button. You can regenerate a password from here.
On the whole though, we tend to recommend that the patient resets their own password. It’s simply a more secure way of doing things.
