I have two staff members, the second staff member was recently added.
I have 10+ service on my system and some of these services are not showing on the new staff members diary. i.e. I can see them on the under item services, but when an appointment is booked not all services are showing up on the drop down list in the new booking window in the diary.
Help? I checked the items under the item screens and they are not specific to one staff memebr and there seems to be no difference between the ones that show and the ones which don’t?September 19, 2016 at 9:36 am #33731
Thanks for your post.
It could be if certain appointment types are assigned to certain practitioners then they would not show. If you can check this by going to Types & Categories (under the VIEW menu), select Appointment Types and then Assign App Type.
I will do some testing back here aswell just to make sure.

Yes thank you. it works now.
VIEW > Types & Categories > Appointment Types > Assign Apt types -> Practitioners
If anybody else is having this issue, the above location is what you need.
