when I attempt to open any report or template I get a pop up window saying that there is no disk in Drive E. Drive E is a removeable drive and does not contain any CO software or data. Why is this happening and how can I prevent it? Thanks Steve
Hmmm… most likely you had a device in your E: drive recently and it might be that you saved a file onto it so that somewhere in the document history, E: is referenced.
Please try closing down CO2005 and starting it again to see if the problem persists. Thanks.
shutting down did not work so i tried putting a card into drive E. Hey presto problem solved even when card is removed. Very strange. Thanks Steve 😀
