    Hi,

    We have a new problem that occured in Clinic Office today. Payment Receipt screen does not pop up after we make a Quick Transaction for patient. It just closes and we need to pull up invoice screen then go to payment screen to print a receipt from there. Please assist us in solving this problem.

    Hi Kathryn,

    There is a tickbox on the Quick Transaction screen which says “Print a receipt after saving using this template“. It sounds like you have accidentally unticked this box.

    Please make sure that you tick this box and also select which “Payment Receipt” to use.
