Hi, we have a patient that has been many time over the years while we have been using Clinic Office and this has never happened before with her or any other patient appointment. I have gone to do a quick transaction for todays appointment and it was trying to give her 7% discount. No change in the appointment type, price etc and it hadn’t been added in. No other patients today have had this quirk. Tried provisionally paying for her next appointment and it’s done the same there too. I can’t see anything on her profile as to what is causing it. Any ideas?
