Hi,
I would like to report some issues with your previous 2 updates. Both have failed to install and have resulted in me being unable to access your software and therefore my diary.
On both occasions I have had to download the free trial from your website in order to access my diary and patient data.
The first error message was :-
“C:\Program Files (x86)\Pioneer Software\ClinicOffice v5\ClinicOfficeV5.exe”
MoveFile failed; code 183
Cannot create a file when that file already exists
The second error message was :-
“C:\Program Files (x86)\Pioneer Software\ClinicOffice v5\ClinicOfficeV5.exe”
CreateProcess failed; code 2
The system cannot find the file specified
