Hi,
I would like to report some issues with your previous 2 updates. Both have failed to install and have resulted in me being unable to access your software and therefore my diary.
On both occasions I have had to download the free trial from your website in order to access my diary and patient data.
The first error message was :-
“C:\Program Files (x86)\Pioneer Software\ClinicOffice v5\ClinicOfficeV5.exe”
MoveFile failed; code 183
Cannot create a file when that file already exists
The second error message was :-
“C:\Program Files (x86)\Pioneer Software\ClinicOffice v5\ClinicOfficeV5.exe”
CreateProcess failed; code 2
The system cannot find the file specified

Thanks for sending those detailed messages through.
The most likely cause for this is that your antivirus software is actually blocking the ClinicOffice update from running correctly. Please can you try completely disabling it and re-running the update.
