I have started using this feature lately and have already faced several complaints from patients.
The issues I face have to do with
improper delivery of sms – one patient received the sms reminder at 3am
multiple sms reminders about the same appointment sent
erroneous reminders about false appointments again sent repeatedly to patients
I have already purchased enough credits to accommodate a busy practice that I now feel hesitant in using to avoid further embarrassment.
Please advise…
