    Hi,

    We have had a problem for quite some time where CO will just freeze or shut down on the main PC. This can happen several times a day, then might be okay for a day or 2 at most.

    It usually involves having to completely restart the PC for CO to function again.

    Having read through the forums this might be a clash with the Antivirus?

    We have changed from AVG, to AVAST to currently using BITDEFENDER.

     

    What antivirus does CO recommend?

    Thanks. we are running Bitdefender, but still have constant drop outs so it must be another problem?

     

    Today we are unable to connect to the database from one of the network computers, I am opening a new discussion for it.
