Remiders for unfinished notes

Quite often I go back to every patient at the end of day to check that I have completed the patient’s records. With a busy schedule some patient can be easily overlooked. Is there a possibility of a remind or finish later or save for now button? and perhaps a function of creating a list of unfinished notes on command.

Aside from Flagging a patient so that at later date the notes can be finished, is there another way of marking unfinished notes?

You could add a TASK for that patient.

I tried the task, but found it too cumbersome, I like the flag function because its easy to use, it would be nice to have an easier way to review all unfinished notes at the end of a busy day and make sure all notes are complete.

I am using the status of the appointment.
When it is set to completed, the ribbon to the left of the appointment turns green. (and the whole appointment too if you click on it).
Just don’t set it to completed when it is not completely finished.
