I don’t think that my spell check isn’t working. No spelling errors are detected when writing forms, or SOAP notes? I have been throught the setting and ensured that it is turned on? Is there anything that I am missing?

Thanks for your post.
The SPELL CHECKER can be used on any MEMO field in any of the editors. By default, ClinicOffice does NOT check your spelling.
If you have entered text into a memo field, you need to RIGHT CLICK and then click CHECK SPELLING.
