Our software does not know that we are registered for the support plan. How do we setup our software so that it knows and looks for updates?
We are in the process of updating our server and the way that ClinicOffice 2005 detects user licenses and auto-updates etc.
In the meantime, please logon to your database, then click “FILE | Check for Updates” to see if there are any updates available.
Also, you can always download the latest CO2005 update from here :-

As of today, the most recent build number is 1068. You can check which build you are running by clicking “Help | About ClinicOffice”. We will have finished the maintenance on our server and released a new update for CO2005 by the end of this week. Hope this helps!
