Previously my CO used to sync via Microsoft Internet Explorer, however this stopped and I was left with error code 500. You fixed that for me, by changing to using Microsoft Edge. Now I am having the same problem, but when connecting to google via Microsoft Edge. Please help.
Do you have any more information on the error being displayed? Error code 500 is a very broad message and there’s not much that we can do with that information. Any other part of the message would be helpful along with a screenshot if possible.
