Without clicking on the ‘documents’-tab, or the ‘notes’-tab in the patient-card I cannot see if something is attached/written.
I thought it might be convenient to have visible in the overview of the patient-card, if there are any notes or documents attached.
e.g: |patient details|appointments|finances|documents (2)|
|address|more details|even more|notes (223 bytes)|
Hi Roelof,
That is perhaps not a bad idea for the documents. The only problem being that the documents are loaded dynamically when the tab is clicked i.e. it doesn’t know how many documents there are until you click the tab. However we will have a think about this.
Regarding the NOTES field – why not simply move the notepad to the mainscreen so that you can see it straight away when the patient record loads up? You can do this using DESIGN MODE on the Patient Editor.
Thanks.
I understand the issue with the documents, and I haven’t even thought about moving the notes field to main screen. In my situation though I hardly use the documents (clinical notes instead) and the notes field, so personally I never look at these fields. In other words… when something is in there I will almost definitely miss it.
I am still impressed by all the features the program possesses furthermore, so keep up the good work guys! O:)
