From ClinicOffice, click “Help | About…” to get this information.  Are you connecting to a local database or a database server. If you’re not sure it’s probably a local database.  What version of Windows are you running? Also the specification of your hardware (if you know it) is always useful.  Lastly, a full description of the problem, including steps that we can follow to re-produce the problem. If you’re able to include all of the above information, it will help us to locate and fix any bugs more efficiently.
