All sorted – found errors in the dates – hence showed up in other months!

Backup as of today.
Showing the text reminders for random appointments over next couple of weeks.

Reminders room dependent and set to go out the day before.

But icons showing as going for appointments even if no mobile number or room set.

In the meantime is there a way to clear the text icon from the screen? As when it comes to the day before I have no idea which have gone and which were the ‘false ones’ *set to send reminder only once)

Hi

Still having problems with the text reminders, again showing text reminders have gone out to:
(1) people with no room set (reminders are based on rooms)
(2) appointments several days ahead (they are set to go out the day before)

Please could you have a look into and advise?

Hi

I have done that, which is super.
However when I come to plot a graph – it only shows appointment types, and not appointment groups.

Is there something else I need to do perhaps?

Yes I have played with the chart properties – and I think it will do it – however I am struggling to make it work.

If you could just let me know which properties facility to use and how that would be super.

Yes I have been able to export the gris and chart – but it is the inbetween data – the information collated from the grid to produce the chart – that is what I need to export either separately or with the chart so the chart makes sense. Else the chart looks good but there are no actual figures shown, in that makes sense?
